Investing in therapy is a big decision, it can take time to decide if this is the right move for you.

Initial assessment consultation and psychological therapy sessions (50 minutes): £100. I currently have an introductory offer which is three sessions for £70 each.

I offer concessional rates for students, health care workers, and those on low-income, please reach out if this applies to you.
